About Andrew Rothfeder

Andrew is a real estate developer, consultant, and licensed REALTOR® in Pensacola, Florida. In addition to Red Feather, he is currently working with the City of Pensacola and Studer Properties to manage the development of 28 acres along Pensacola's downtown waterfront.

 

Andrew has been in commercial real estate for 37 years, including 13 years with an Atlanta-based real estate investment trust. Before joining Studer Properties, he spent six years with Island Resorts Development on Pensacola Beach, a resort condominium developer that built Portofino, Beach Club, Verandas, and Emerald Isle.

 

From 2011 to 2020, he was president of Studer Properties, where he developed and managed a $150M real estate portfolio, new development projects, and community redevelopment initiatives. Andrew also provides strategic planning and development consulting, and brokerage services as an agent of locally owned brokerage, Kuhn Realty, LLC.

 

Andrew has a BBA from Emory University and an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Stephanie, have five children. Andrew is active on community boards and as a mentor, and he has completed over 150 triathlons, including the Hawaii Ironman.
